Shipping & Handling
Standard Shipping: A set fee of $3.95 on all qualifying products will be added to your final invoice as a standard shipping fee. The United States Postal Service is the method of shipment used and normally will arrive within 5-7 business days from the time it leaves our office. The delivery of your order is beyond our control once your order leaves our offices and we cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

At the present time, no other shipping options are available other than the above stated option.

Failure of Delivery Attempts: If for any reason your package is returned to us in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied during your order, we are not liable for you not receiving your product(s). If your product is returned to us, then our office will attempt to make telephone contact with you.

Order Processing
The estimated shipment date of your product is based on product availability, payment processing time and office processing time. This does not factor in transit time. We do not begin payment processing until we receive all of the information needed along with full payment / full authorization in the case of credit card orders. We will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekend or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Tuesday – Friday; excluding federal holidays.

Privacy Statement
New Birth Embassy Church is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@newbirthsavannah.org with “Unsubscribe Me” as the subject line. New Birth Embassy Church does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Refund Policy
New Birth Embassy Church has a Non-Refundable Policy. If your package is not delivered or is damaged when received, please call 912.748.2969 or  info@newbirthembassy.com for instructions.
